Can't join any imperial city dungeons with group

Whenever I'm in a group with my friend and we try to queue for Imperial City Prison or White-Gold Tower, nothing happens. We press X to join the queue for them but it just makes a noise and doesn't actually queue us. It all works normally for other dungeons but for these 2 dungeons it just doesn't work. It's annoying because the gold key challenges frequently have these quests and we cannot do them. We both have the DLC and we've tried restarting both of our xboxes as well as switching group leadership and nothing has worked. It works perfectly solo but as a group it just doesn't even try to queue us. Any help would be appreciated c:

YES, FINALLY NOT JUST ME AND ONE ANOTHER PERSON.

When attempting to queue for an IC dungeon and another one (say you queue for Fungal and IC Prison), and press the queue button, it'll only show me queueing for Fungal (ICP will be unchecked).

Couldn't find a way to edit my original post, but here's a quick game clip of what I mean. This happens for the both of us.

Its not just you. Same Problem here. Already submitted more then one ticket, but no answer from the support.
