    They should have left it alone.
    It became utterly unplayable, especially since I RELY as Summoner on their summons.

    @Smasherx74 My group mate Essa-kh, one of the best stamplars out there, is doing way more damage this patch and eating it up. Damage did not go down.

    Also, PVE content seems to be a lot easier, weve been grinding out some helm/pledge runs and it was pretty silly how easy it feels now.

    It's definitely going to take some getting used to. I hopped on my tank last night for a vet pledge and had a pretty rough time. I'm not super good but I will say in the last 2 weeks I could count on 1 hand the amount of times I got killed during a pledge. Last night.... I matched those deaths in the first dungeon. Good times.

    flawless dawnbreakers nerf alone dropped by weapon damage by nearly 1k. Scaled I was hitting 3600+ nearly 4k, now scaled I'm bairly hitting 3000, unscaled im at 2400+.

    Bow, Scorched earth(whatever its called now), and Poison injection.

    All CP into Thaurmage (DoT), and critical strikes (I have 57% crit rating, and can get 65% with bow if I put expert hunter on that bar)

    I don't understand how you've lost weapon damage by nearly 1K from losing Dawnbreaker, that's about a 30% drop based on the stats you've provided whereas in reality, you lost 3% from the Dawnbreaker changes - passive changes also mean you can boost your WD more than previously through the FG abilities. In fact, all my character's WD increased with this patch. So there's either something else at play or your fibbing.

    My bet, your character and its gear are now out of sync due to the CP changes and you need to upgrade your gear, thats the only reason you would have dropped 1k in WD.

    Given the new sets, you can get your WD way higher than it use to be. Spend some time looking at the changes, embrace them and get your character good instead of having a tantie cause some game changes mean you need to think about your character again....

    Flawless Dawn breaker used to give 8% weapon damage,
    New version gives 5% but you get 3% for slotting FG abilities, thus you should still get 8% from Flawless DawnBreaker, according to the last pts patch i read, did they change it or is it bugged? Or more likely you need to recraft gear

    I'm kinda glad its getting harder. Though I'm sad class abilities are getting wrecked more and more. While I risagree with some of the sorc nerfs, it doesn't bother me, as other classes have had no easy buttons for ages. No massivr shie;ds to stack with harness magica, no streak, no pets to tank for them, lame ultimates (unless you're a dk).

    In a way it makes me kind of optomistic despite dreading this update.

    I found certain stats were quite different from TG now that DB dropped. Was wearing same exact gear day before DB and once DB dropped and reapplied my CP (and then some) and ended up with lower stats such as lower stam recovery. Can't really explain it.

    I just adapted and made/bought some different gear and became a vamp. Even though stats are different my build and such is working and is fine. Just adapt. Find other combinations of gear and such to get back to your fast killing. Don't simply give up. Games evolve. Evolve with them! :)

    How is this a bad thing? Game is on the verge of typical power-creep critical mass. Putting the breaks on hyperactive DPS scores is GOOD for the long term health of the game. No point in designing mechanics when everything dies so fast that you never see phases (PVE), and sustain and tactics can actually be used in PVP.
