[Bug] Vigor is triggering Poison usage...

i would have thought PTS would have found something as basic as this, all self stamina cast abilities seem to proc poisons and wasting them since no target

this is something that should really be looked into, self cast stamina abilities are wasting poison charges

bump. this seriously needs to be confirmed by others. it's not hard to repeat either just slot Vigor or any other self cast stamina move (but i use vigor so thats my choice of test) and just cast it with poison currently slotted on your current weapons, and behold the noise of a poison being used and see how the number went down one.

read patch notes, no sign of this being fixed. went in game to test. still using poisons when casting self cast stamina abilities.

also works with pretty much every self cast stamina move, camo hunter and vigor are just one of many

i know it's happening with any poison that has damage or self buffage. since thats all i'v been using atm since i was avoiding cyro till the charge bugs were fixed

no word on this at all in the office? i'v burned away several crown poisons with self cast stamina abilities by mistake already, might not even use them any more if i cant get to use them all proper.

This happens with magica skills as well. Such as wall of elements, even when they hit no target.

According to the patch notes, poisons are consumed on light or heavy attacks or weapon attacks. So wall of elements should consume poisons, and it's AOE so it doesn't have to hit people.

However there is no reason, according to the patch notes, that vigor should consume a poison.

Sort of. My guess is the poison triggers from an ability being cast instead of when it makes contact with the target. An oversight in its design.

I reported this almost a week ago, both here on forums and ingame. Poisons go down fast if you have them equipped on the bar you have vigor, and some say it also happens on shuffle activation.

thats a new one, hope it don't happen to me, i don't potion often but when i do it's a vitality, healing and gradual healing potion, very hard to make
