Pre-patch it granted 20 (24 with passives) seconds of shield and 7 seconds of Major Mending.
Post-patch it grants 6 (7.2 with passives) seconds of shield and 6 seconds of Major Mending.
I know it's just one second less, but can we apply the passive effect to the Major Mending portion as well so it too will be 7.2 seconds? I dunno how you feel about it, but I feel every second its up is crucial before having to refresh it again. I can't always go with a Heavy Attack with Resto Staff and that only grants 3 seconds buff.
