Potion quickslot bug?

I am on ps4. Maybe it's just me but I could use some help on this one. Whenever I slot a potion on the top of the quickslot wheel, the potion box next to my ability bar appears empty and I can't use the potion. The potion used to appear next to the bar, and pushing up on the dpad would make it work. In order for the potion to appear in the box, for some reason I need to slot in at the bottom of the wheel, then push up on the dpad to use it. It's almost like the wheel is operating upside down. Anyone else experience this and know how to fix it? Thank you.

✭✭✭✭✭Pressing d-pad Up will activate the currently selected quickslot. You need to hold d-pad Up to open the quickslot wheel and choose which slot is the active one.
