Can anyone link a screenshot of this at cp160? Its obviously useless in PvP as there is no way to reliably stay behind a target but for boss fights... I can see this working if the 5 piece bonus was high and your positioning skills were good enough.

    The bonus is probably not high enough unless you can stay behind the target for like 70-80% of the fight.

    If i remember right its only a bit better than hundings rage while being force to attack from a very limited arc.

    group dungeon boss fight...get tank to position boss so it's back is to you and then have at it

    330 at purple cp 160/vet 16 compared to i think 280-290 from purple hunding at cp 16/vet 16

    Interesting in theory... But why wear this if I can craft Hunding's rage and have weapon damage buff 100% of time?

    This is one of those situational DPS sets. If I know I am going to be on the back of a boss the whole fight (which takes very lil skill) it is a awesome set. Other than that for trash and other stuff will just keep my Hundings for the permanent buff to damage!!

    So 454 more weapon damage from FS vs 300-ish (cant remember exactly atm) from HR. Im not sure 154 damage offsets the requirement of atacking from the back if theres some movement in the fight.

    Yeah it's weird. The 2-4 pc bonus is better for PVP being more damage oriented, but IMO Hundings 2-4 is still better for PVE because of Crit desirability.

    The question would be how small of an arc. Should be at least 1/3 of the circle around the target.

    Yes you can wear this AND Hunding's Rage. That's what makes it very attractive.

    Nothing if it has jewelry I suppose. But then you'd have to evaluate if that's better than your Agility 3 pc + Monster set.

    I recall seeing a drawing which indicated the arc being 90 degrees off the back, 45 to each side of buttcheek centerline.

    So, manageable if you have something else drawing attention, like a buddy or a pet.

    but still, while good overall, seems like hundings id less limited if crits are viable commodity.

    Well, we have enough items to wear both, so I don't see why this and Hunding's can't be combined for a very tasty PVE set.

    IIRC it does in fact come in Jewelry so it would be possible to have both Hundings and this set.

    Tera has crystals you can slot for extra back damage, which worked great for DPS classes on bosses. It adds some extra strategy to tanking too, which is never a bad thing, especially in ESO.
