Game Not Launching

Downloaded DB NAserver and it gets stuck on Bethesda on he opening logo and won't play. Both clients are failing. Is anyone else getting this?

Been stuck on the character load for a long long time now. I've come to expect these issues on the day of launch of a new DLC though. I can never play them the same day, but I've always been able to get in the following day.

After running a repair I now have to download 38gb, why is this. The game was perfect yesterday. This is complete bull
