✭✭✭✭✭Housing should be part of a DLC with certain perks for ESO + members. After all housing will be more then just housing. Since a house is boring by itself. I've seen housing used in various manners including giving bonuses.
Barbershop should be crown store paying crowns per change to change appearance. A discount should be offered to ESO+ members. Maybe 10% discount. This service should not be an I game gold purchase.3 -

While I believe there should be more done to reward subs (what happened to loyalty reward items anyway?) it wouldn't be reasonable to hide desirable content like these beyond a subscription wall.#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.6 -

Housing is such a fundamental part of Elder Scrolls games, so everyone should be able to engage with it, I think it should've been in the game at launch anyway. Florial✭✭✭ESO+ and crown storeAgree with @starlizard70ub17_ESO about the DLC content. As long as they wrapped housing and the barbershop with some other content like new dungeons, new skill lines, etc. I would hope that a future DLC would not just be housing and a barbershop.
I would however, with regards to housing, like to see things purchased with in game gold, found off of monsters, achievements, etc. The crown store could sell some optional items and I'm sure that housing junkies like myself would happily support this with my money.1 -

Noi really hope they don't make housing and barber shop eso plus only housing is just something that is important to Elder scrolls and a nice addition to character customization. While barber shop is something that should be available for in game money with some customization like race chane and maybe some new hairstyle pack from the crown store if they really need to add something to the crown store .1 -

Housing could be unlocked by a crown purchase and ESO+, and modifications/customization done with gold.
