Issue: Costume and Armor Motif not scaling to Bosmer

All of the new armor motifs and costumes have had some scaling issues on my Bosmer. Especially the helms, which are across the board, too large and look silly. On quite a few, there are other parts that look like the scaling isn't taking place correctly for the stature of my wood elf. This is very disappointing. All of the original motifs and costumes in the game seems to scale correctly with the toon size. I first noticed this with the Mercenary helm, and it's affected everything since.
