Keep getting disconnected - PS4 Megaserver

So I keep getting disconnected and now it can't retrieve announcements and I got the unusually long load time thing, is this because maintenance is not done yet? I'm on the PS4

Are you still having issues? I'm PS4 as well and had game crashing and disconnect issues constantly for the last couple weeks, but this past Sunday was the first I did not get kicked off once for 6 hours or so of game time. I didn't have any issue at all yesterday either. Hit up the PS4 technical issues forum or send tech support an email, if you continue to have issues. I received good timely responses from them. Not sure if ZOS tech support or PSN support fixed it or it was just fixed from the PSN maintenance, but 2 straight days so far of not crashing or getting kicked out for me. We'll see how it goes for the coming days.

Probably due to the DB update on PC's. While it may be seperate platforms, the servers are in the same location (most likely) and may cause interruptions - not unheard of, especially if they share the same bandwidth and cables. Doubt they can afford and maintain entirely seperate mainframes in seperate locations just for consoles, it's all shared as we have experienced in the past. (When PC EU servers are out - so are Console EU servers and vice versa - which is proof they are on the same systems). So while doing something as large as a DLC, especially if they need to tinker around with the hardware a bit aswell - it's probably gonna cause some sort of unintended problems for all platforms.

It's just a guess, but can't be a coincidence it's happening right now.

My issue seems to have been fixed and it probably was the DLC I had forgotten that it had been released but I've not had any issues since. Also thank you both for your answers as well!
