Crashing every 1-4 hours

keep getting a message that "eso has stopped work". nothing pops up in event viewer on my pc. i have check the file several time over the past few days. i have done everything on the forums i have seen so far to try and fix it. video drivers are up to date windows updates are up to date no file issue in windows. the crashes are completely random i think not entirely sure but im always doing something different fighting something walking somewhere etc. attached is the DxDiag from my machine if that will help.
