I heard they can be done at level 10.. are they hard? Also heard you can make a decent income with those quests... is it true they pay well? What do I need to do to srart them? Buy the Imperial DLC and just travel to Cyrodiil bu foot or is there another specific way?
If u mean cyrodiil village quests(bruma,cheydinhal,...) Yeah they given u good xp , gold and it is easy so no need to worry abt ur level and u dont need ic dlc for that
You can use transitus shrines, horse for travelling inside cyrodiil
They're pretty easy and straightforward. But, this is because you're in a PvP zone, so the real threat is actually other players. Also, the dialog is very short. There's a couple kill 5 goblin quests in there, literally. Just be very aware of your surroundings. You're being funneled into specific areas for the express purpose of small scale PvP.
Imho quests in Cyrodiil are not giving any special amount of xp, since most of the time we do boring travels (well trained mount is a must!) between far spots. During normal questing in non-pvp areas there is higher chance we will get better xp because in shorter time we can complete a greater number of quests. And usually their content is more interesting than those in Cyrodiil and there is no danger we will be stabbed in back by a group of enemy players waiting for us in stealth untill we will be picking a quest (happened to me recently). Consider this you are killed by enemy group after picking a quest in solo mode, you can do it ofc but when you return to quest giver again it is likely you will be killed before you pick a quest reward. Then you respawn in some far keep and need to do the route again, just to be killed again by the same group. A waste of time.

When you factor in the time it takes to finish a quest, they're actually pretty decent. They pay out similarly to sidequests in PvE zones which would take between 15-30 minutes to finish, and you can knock them out in about 5.
It's not going to be better than straight up grinding, but it is better than running PvE quests.
