Restoration Staff Molag Kena Proc

Restoration staff does not proc molag kena when I cast a skill between light attacks. Is this because resto staff not a damage based weapon?

✭✭✭✭✭Because it's not suppose to do that anymore. It's 2 consecutive light attacks. If you can still proc it with skills in between light attacks with d staff, it wont after db

Don't think you can really comment on this. It's only two attacks; you clearly don't use the set
