the original infinite ulti build

So I've been seeing all these posts lately on people being able to drop infinite ulti but I'd just like to point out I had this actually happen to me about 3-4 months ago by a DC pvp guild GM In a 1v1. He claimed it was an "ulti regen build" but looking back at the video it seems a little fishy to me.. Video is below.. Watch and tell me if you guys can spot anything.

    The truth has finally come to light. I've looked over this video in the past trying to figure out just how Bulb managed to do it but was at a loss. Now we can finally put this mystery to rest as well as where Bulb has been. Bulb confirmed Zazeer's alt.

    What ambush? All I saw was the guy I was dueling drop 23 meteors on me. Where are you seeing these "other players" he is clearly exploiting. If you think the 23 shades he has up are other players you are mistaken. He is a dragonblade , only possible through a 3rd party program.

    He's using scripts aka a third party program that hijacks the games carrier signals to delay them and makes sure that theirs are received first. Actually I'm not sure if carrier signals is the right word.

    My bad i just saw the video again and watched closely and i know about the Ulti hack i seen the videos its sad i play on console only and i feel bad for PC players with this BS... guess zerging has some skill but cheats have no skill all they do is barrier and meteors/standards
