What keeps you coming back to ESO?

I personally love the quests, scenery, and the fact I have choices. So many games narrow your choices when building a character it homogenizes the builds. I like choice. I love that there is a RPG community here to. What keeps you coming back to play ESO? Please try to remain positive in this thread we have plenty of complaint threads, appreciate it thanks.

I've never left. I've been playing since PC launch and intend ESO to be my long-term MMO home.

Paying since launch, I love this game. But the fact the team is inept at looking at the big picture infuriates me, epecially for class balance.

Still the game is unique and I enjoy the progression.

A love affair with TESO series and the world they've created. I always wished I could go further than the borders of the past single player games and now I can. I hope to visit all of Tamriel one day and maybe even cross the sea to explore more that Nirn has to offer.

I Love TES games And Being able to lay one as a multiplayer is even better imo. I just enjoy exploring and having no "set" quest line. I Can skip quests, if I choose, and continue on the next continuation of those quests( main story line) if I so choose to forge my own path. Or I can choose to not do any quests except for a few here and there when I am adventuring if I want.

Getting together with friends at night, having two or three beers, joining to teamspeak and going to IC Sewers to do pve. Having conversation on small things, laughing about stuff not being serious on anything... Ton of fun.

I could never leave this game. It's what I always wanted in an MMO. I dark high fantasy adventure, fully voice acted , deep lore and history, and I absolutely love that I can play most of the game solo. I know you can just play an offline TES game but I want to be able at time to play with others.
I love to craft and trade with other players. The world is so beautiful and busy and my heart just burst when it starts to storm and rain because it looks so gorgeous!
This is the only MMO I have ever played where I have more than one character that's not just a mule.

I would love a virtual reality type experience in this world. I think it would be a blast. I agree with @Blutengel.

A fight a day keeps the grumpies away. Even though I've done almost all the content, the PvP (laggy though it may be sometimes) keeps me coming back everyday. Nothing like going to Cyro to box some ears.

Anymore? Mostly the lack of No Man's Sky... But I'll always come back to see more of Tamriel. So I guess the real answer is sightseeing!

I think it is a high quality game and has great potential for the future. Sometimes I do start getting a tad bit bored and play other MMOs out there. My brief foray into one of the new games on the market right now made me appreciate ESO even more. I can quest, explore and immerse myself into this lovely world and know it isn't going to be a frustrating experience.

Probably won't let my subscription lapse for the time being. My biggest challenge is trying to get my husband back to the game and play with me. He is thoroughly addicted to SWTOR and remembers ESO from the early days.
