Unlinking and re-linking ESO account to PSN

Ok so I bought the ESO regular edition at console launch. I later purchased the Imperial edition upgrade with crowns. I have a new PSN I want to link my account to. Ive unlinked the ESO from my old PSN, purchased ESO on the new PSN.
Its not linking to the new PSN. I purchased the regular edition of ESO on the new PSN.
Any suggestions? I have a ticket in but sometimes the forums provide a quicker resolution
