There are times when the "tank" is just a V16 high output DPS that maintains threat by doing the absolute most damage then kites around the room, it works out in most dungeons, but do you want someone like that randomly joining your trials group?

Simple, program a roll lock for all random vetetan dungeons/trials.
Example-
Let's say(With the stats of players ZOS works with and has), the minimum DPS required for a specific vet dungeon is 10k.
If your toon is averaging 9,999 DPS, you cannot join. Let's say that player wants to tank a trial, let's say the minimum health required is 35k(just example), if that player has less than required, they cannot join that roll either. Too many newbies having the pipe dream of wanting to be the best or try hardest difficulties, without properly prepping themselves to do so.
The leniency in this game is ridiculous. End this fantasy in a fantasy of being able to play how you want stuff... atleast in end game activities.... and especially in end game random joining activities.
Of course, this method is a bit complicated(probably not the best way to do it), but locking rolls in dungeons IMO, is the best way to force out non prepped players.
You want to be versatile? You want to be able to play as a Tank one day, a healer the next and even a DPS if needed? Provide the required specs,THEN you're golden. I guarantee the rate of newbies joining these specific end game activities, WILL drop.
