Does the Master Assassin passive augment the damage of Clouding Swarm? Since you are invisible I would assume so but has anyone tested this or have proof that it indeed does? Also does the 10% increase make a noticeable difference?

Yes it does. 10% weapon damage is huge if you build for weapon damage.

If you were a woodelf or khajiit you would get the bonus from the stealthy racial passive they have while in stealth (works in clouding swarm),
