Something about a sorcerer using stamina for skills just seems........wrong. idk

The changes to hurricane are nice and all but the new surge is subject to battle spirit and heals for a small amount. It also can't burst heal like rally can as its heal is a static value. Thus rally and vigor are still staple abilities. However the Devs did mention about potentially increasing surges healing value when Dark Brotherhood goes live. Healing aside you are still tied down to uppercut, wrecking blow will no longer stun. So you will have to choose between stun or empower. I think the Tava's favor ulti gen build may be effective with dawn breaker of smiting.

Surge took a massive nerf in healing, it heals a lot less and have an internal CD of 1 second, but can now heal you on all types of damage done including dots not just your direct attacks.
