Bound items and characters

I was wondering, if I get an item that is Bind on Aquire is that bound the that specific character or is it account bound and can be used by a different character?

Once a piece is bound it is bound to your account ... but can be shared across your characters ...

Bind on Pickup automatically makes in bound once you loot it.

Bind on Equip does not make it bound until you equip the piece on your character ...

Ah, so if I get a Spell Power Cure set from Imperial City Dungeons on my tank I can give it to my healer and he can use?

As long as your tank and healer are on the same account, yes.

There are a few items in the game that are character bound but they are not common.

Yep.

Note, if you make gear at a crafting station, then equip it, this Binds it. So, if your making it for someone else, don't try it on before you send it.

The bound and bound on pickup are horrible. Should not even be the options at all for this game. It needs to go away. You cannot sell it on the guild store so other players could buy and use it. At least, you can still put those bound on equip on sale.
