issues with the ESO website (section: community)

I've had for the past few weeks an issue where I can't see anything on the ESO website except the following:


It doesn't matter which subcategory I pick, no matter what link friends send me, the only thing I ever see is Rakkhat (or Lord Warden?) standing there telling me to gtfo for as long as I remain on the "Community" section of the website.
Happens on both my macbook and my iphone (maybe ZoS being apple haters? ) Haven't tried out my windows computer as I currently don't have access to it.

Has anyone experienced the same or does anyone know some sort of fix? Kinda uncool not being able to read articles and such things.
Or is this a known issue? @ZOS_JessicaFolsom
