What's the Campaign damage percentage?

The reason why I'm asking this question is because I've notice a significant damage difference in the campaign compare to my character ability damage, for example my Lethal Arrow says it does 11k damage and in campaign it's only dropping around 5-7k damage, for a critical about 9k damage. So my question is what is the percentage decrease on the abilities damage in campaign?
