Sadly stamina does not have much place in this type of group anymore . It is nice to have 1 good stam DK or NB with strong single target and bombard. Bombard is essentially all there is for a stam build, and it is best when you outnumber the opponent. Group movement is extremely difficult, but we essentially decided it was best to all be slow. Making our ability to move dependent on healing and counter pressure.

I have to say that my favorite fight was the last clip (you get to see a certain someone lead a raid+), but I really enjoy watching the clip with the small VE group. I almost didn't include it because I think we outnumbered them by 1 or 2, but I really enjoyed watching the flow of that battle.

I vaguely remember that fight, and most specifically remember being cranky and asking afterwards why people weren't blocking or moving off the top of the stairs. I didn't even notice it was us in the vid until halfway through because I was silently shouting 'someone hit an effing repentance' after watching your stam bar. But as my stamplars constantly complain, I probably stole all of your potential repentences xD

There's only one wipe i can remember that I'm still angry about, off chal mine right before we had to respond to ales. I dropped off the wooden platform to engage and the ones that were a second behind were obliterated by a magblade bomb.

I'm very jealous of your mostly bombard free fights, I feel like every fight I'm in is just constant roots and snares no matter who we fight.

You did!! You stole probably all of them and the couple I got in he was probably far from me.
That particular keep fight (with the other groups too, not just VE) was incredibly laggy and people were porting everywhere - as you can see from me derping under the staircase trying to stay on crown. I was close to rage-quitting and almost didn't want to engage you (speaking for myself) because I knew I will temp-derp-out.

We get bombarded a LOT. Cross heals help so I can keep purge up as much as possible but man, sometimes it's like I'm purging for nothing. And maybe it's just my ping causing this (I'm from EU) but it feels like the bombard immobilize comes with a mini-silence of half a second (just as it hits you and applies the root) that is incredibly annoying

Lul, it was like meteor fall damage from 1.6, there one second, blink, dead the next. There aren't many times we have similar enough group sizes so I was excited to engage you guys when I checked out the mine and saw how many you had. I dropped down and half the group was instantly dead.

We constantly get bombed, we know the repeat offenders well enough that most of our guys just call them out by name now, block, kill the nb, and move on. Its a PITA when it happens and you're fighting 2+ raids of pact under siege though. I'd take NB bombs over the rapids nerf any day.

Were some good clips in there, and I wouldn't exclude a clip like our fight just because there was a 1-2 person difference, so I'm glad you didn't. Good fight is a good fight, people are far too hung up on numbers imo. If we ever get to a point where anyone complains about a 1-2 person difference we've drinken too much of the forum kool-aid.

The leading theory is that the snare from multiple bombard casts is stacking and when you go above 100% snare it's acting like an artificial negate. You can't even dodge roll. Many players likely attribute it to lag/lag spikes, but this is a bug that's been pretty well documented and echoed by others. I'm happy about mist form and forward momentum changes in DB, but ultimately it's still just a band-aid and the main problem isn't being properly addressed. While theorycrafting my stamplar I briefly considering building in bombard, but ultimately had too much respect for myself. The only acceptable aoe root is when a DK manages to get in the middle of your group imo.

Agreed on rapids nerf for sure. It's pretty miserable when only movement can be done by a dodge roll. German was attempting too bomb our group to while we were kiting like a raid of EP and DC so I know how that feels as well xD.

As for number difference, we play in a smaller group to fight outnumbered so we have to accept it. In my opinion you really can't complain about numbers in open world. Like I think it's fun fighting Pact Militia stacked raids, even though it almost always ends in us getting overwhelmed.
