The Pariah Undead Build. (Magicka Nightblade.)

Hello everyone, I would like pubish a Build that I took to my liken, and have it judge by the players in this forum.
This build focus on damage mitigation, High damage, High healing via Hots, and overall increased survivabilty, though you will suffer with lack of sustain. (Though next patch with the heavy buff my help with that.)
Race: Argonian Vampire: May not be the best race, but the Health and Healing received passives helps a lot.
Class: Nightblade: While I would like to think that a pariah build is extremely versatile if you put your mind to it, A choose Nightblade for their siphoning abilities and passives.
Armor and trait: Heavy armor 5p Reinforced and 2p Inpend, and 3 arcane, and 2 defending.
Enchant: Magicka, and spell damage.
Sets:
Set 1. Alch Sets 5- your reliable way of gaining that burst you need to finish off your opponent. May it be pve, or pvp.
Set 2. Pariah 5p The set that that earned it name in the title. The Pariah set, not only give you both Spell and Armor resist, but it also increase it further the lower your hp is. This allows you to armor stack without sacrificing your damage. It also sygenizes well with the vampire passive, Undeath.
Set 3. Torug duel wield. Increase your spell damage.
Set 4. Maelstrom Restro. For the magicka back when using rapids.
Dual wield bar: 1 Immovable Brute/2 Pircing mark/ 3 Crippling crasp/ 4 sap essense/5 Swallow soul.
Restro bar: 1 Dark cloak or mass Hysteria./ 2 Rapid regenration 3/ Sipioning Attack/ 4 Double Take or Merciless Resolve./ 5 healing ward or Quick Siphon or healing blessed.
Mundus: Ritual.

(Note that this build is not exactly finished due to the fact that Rng is giving me a lot of trouble giving me the arcane Pariah jewellery, I didn't cap my cp, and I don't have a maelstorm restro. That being said, I can still set up a video if you guys want.)

i put pariah on several vamps already so i do agree with the idea. have to look at your overall mix but good plan.Proudly skooma free while talks-when-drunk is in mandatory public housing.

i put pariah on several vamps already so i do agree with the idea. have to look at your overall mix but good plan.
It's important to note that My Hots and Large amount of armor. (Atm, 27k unbuffed.) Helps keep my hp high while I still do some good amount of damage. My overall goal is to have my hots keep my hp at full while having a large amount of damage mitigation. (Parish will help with ignoring Penetration, while Undeath will boost my damage mitigation further.) All this, and I do not have to sacrifice my damage. I mean my penetration sucks, but Mark can help with that.
