The only Bulge I see is the one I would expect to see on Female Armors.
Or, are you talking about the slight bulge below the hilt of the sword? The orientation of your screenshot does not make it clear enough to see just what that is.

As mentioned by @Rakkul , it's just a normal flaring at the bottom of the breastplate, similar to the "bulge" in back.
