A non-useless Build Calculator?

Perhaps the thread title is a bit harsh...but I have come across quite a number of 'build calculator' tools which do just fine at listing out all the various abilities, passives, races, class, etc...but it's all for nothing if it doesn't spit out actual PRACTICAL stats. Seems they all just assume base level everything and then that's it.

This type of tool is not helpful and I REALLY doubt I'm the only one having this issue. If I wanted basically just a description of abilities and other such things, I could just look up a f'ing list on a wiki somewhere. I want the RESULT of this 'build process', numerically.

PS: If anyone plays Eve Online and is familiar with either Pyfa/EFT or any other such 'fitting tool' - that's what I'm after here.

If you want to fully calculate your build, I would suggest you to create a spreadsheet on an appropriate application such as excel or matlab. If you just want to calculate the damage of various abilities and attacks, there is a gdocs spreadsheet a user has made that allows you to input values and output said damage.

Not 100% what you're looking for, but this one http://esolog.uesp.net/viewSkills.php lets you see the actual skill delves if you input your stats.

Well done! A good find. That's about 80% of what I'm looking for. Now if there were a similar utility to display resource/armor values based on armor sets, buffs, etc...that'd be all of it.

I have a link to an excel spreadsheet thats nice. Lets you input gear bonuses, passives, all that good stuff (and it actually fits in every buff/ passive) and gives you accurate stats. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12-_behjvbr6L0e2F3pge5aumfKInY6rsqv61x27JHic/edit?usp=sharing

Note that our skill browser that was linked only computes skill tooltips depending on your power/stats. It does *not* include any increase from CP, buffs, or passives. Unfortunately, getting a complete calculator is rather complicated. We'd like to get one working but it will take time to get working 100%. In theory we are close as we have basically all the game data (items, skills, CPs) so we just have to combine it all.

If you haven't seen Asayre's thread on Tamriel Foundry it may be useful as well.

You should really start using Chrome. Chrome cloud backups all your bookmarks and makes it really easy to configure a fresh OS install or a new computer.
