Requesting character load and Error. (SOLVED THANKS!)

After the last update my game is broken and I can't play it. When I click play in character selection screen it says "Requesting character load" and crashes to log in screen "An error has occured wait a few minutes and try again"

This is very bad, I was playing this game since 1 May and didn't had any problems before. I can't log into game for 2 days now. Sometimes it works and I could get in but %10 chance only.

Update: I was in Sentinel and when I can get into game if I try to enter a place with loading for example outlaws refuge it gives the same error again!

IT WAS A RIDICULOUS MISTAKE BY ME. I've forgotten the vpn and it was open all the time and i couldn't get in because of that. Now everything is ok. Try closing your vpn if this happens people!

Yeah... i don't think anyone else here is stupid enough to use a vpn while playing eso.
And if you do go to the forums and make support calls to fix your issue before checking your vpn then i feel like you should hold up your hand in front of your face, with the palm of your hand facing your forehead. and start slapping yourself untill you are red from either shame or pain.

anyways nice to see one of the many lagging players now seemed to fix their issue. wish mine was so simple.

You call me stupid? My country blocks a lot of sites and I used this vpn called zenmate for the first time and didn't know you have to quit from task bar I thought it would close when I click the close button. It's a simple mistake not about someones intelligence.
