Magicka Nighblade build: Ghost (From starcraft xD)

I was playing Starcraft the oter day, after ages not playing it, and I got a really weird idea that I've been working since: Make a ghost like build here. If you don't know what a ghost is, then or you are quite young, or you are Jon Snow.

I've been testing the ideat in Cyro with passable results. It is not a killing machine as some could expect (pretty bad in 1v1), but it is really useful in large fights. Currently she goes this way:

Race: Dunmer (for increased fire dmg)
Armor: 7 light:
Weapon 1: Flame staff
Weapon 2: Working (either, destro staff or healing)
Sets: Currently 5 julianos + 3 Torugs, No jewelry (VR14. I'm plannig to give her CP 160 willpower with the DB patch)

CPs:
Blue: 75 element expert + 75 staff expert + something else (some crit/penetration/heal)
Green: 100 magician + 50 tenacity + something else (magicka/stam/healing recover, stam reduction)
Red: 1/3 in hardy, 1/3 elemental defender and 1/3 thick skinned

Bar 1: Flame staff

1- Radiant magelight: Major prophecy mainly. Useful for looking for friends in shadows
2- Leeching strikes: Yup, the same leeching strikes everyone of us hate. I tried siphoning attacks but I ended up with leeching because of the health received per attack whiche seemed handy.
3- Structured entropy/Funnel Health/Impale/Debilitate: This skill has been a pain in the *. I Started with funnel health, but the damage I get is not high enough (and it doesn't help the build), Impale is great but it has a drawback in the range (not useful from keeps walls most of the time), Debilitate is quite expensive in terms of magicka, despite the magicka recovery and finally, no flame staff skill since they are even more expensive.
4- Merciless Ressolve: Self Buff, works quite good with structured entropy in every aspect. In a SC Ghost, this would be the snipe.
5- Dark Cloak: The key in the build. It doesn't work without cloak. Remember why I said Funnel health wasn't helpful? That's because I "weave" dark cloak (then the alternative name for the build: shadow weaver
U- Shooting star: The nuke.

Basically this build has been done to max out light and heavy attacks with a flame staff. The idea is to have merc ressolve as much active as I can, then cloak struct entropy, cloack again and a full heavy attack. Then cloack again. If needed, some light attacks to get assa will, then entropy again and assa will. Since it uses so much those light and heavy attacks, to build 200 ulti is kind of easy, besides shooting star gives extra ulti for enemy hit. It is fun to play until you get alone against 5 or 6 enemies, then you need something to run away.

and that's what bar 2 is doing right now.

1- Radiant Magelight
2- Leeching strikes: Since I'm switching bars constantly, It is almost an obligation to keep both skills in both bars
3- Retreating maneuver: Run silent, run deep. This one has saved me a lot of times. It is very useful for engaging and disengaging.

I don't know what else can I put there. I was thinking about CW and cloak, so I can run faster, but I suppose I won't be using CW that much. Besides, the DMG it gets should be laughable. Also I considered a Lighting staff to deal with DKs and their flappy wings, but a Resto staff should do the same. A resto staff is an option too to regain extra magicka on full heavy attacks (for when I run out of magicka), But I don't think I'll be able to heal. And for ulti, I've considered slotting soul harvest in bar 1 and shooting star in bar 2 but the playing style requires to be checking Ulti bar constantly.

The third problem with this build comes in terms of sets. Since I'll be using leeching strikes, I think it will be a very good idea to look for a set that maxes out magicka (more magicka, more cloaks), but I'm not sure if the DPS is going to suffer. Also I've been considering the Elegance Set (I've even bought 3 pieces of it) The problems qith that set are 1) It is going to be a CP 140 set, not a CP 160; 2) The trait is not what I'll be looking for. Currently I'm going with 7 impen. Nevertheles, Well-Fitted is going to have a change with DB. Maybe dropping some points into stam will help me .

That's it. Any suggestion on the build, adressing the idea (I don't want to go back to the boring proxy-cloak-sap-tether routine) will be welcomed
Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

I was born with the wrong sign
In the wrong house
With the wrong ascendancy
I took the wrong road
That led to the wrong tendencies
I was in the wrong place at the wrong time
For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme
On the wrong day of the wrong week
Used the wrong method with the wrong technique

Shadow image as you will absolutely need a way to get distance, and healing ward imo. Also drop leeching from one bar and put mass hysteria. Replace retreating with double take, same speed cheap, and 20 percent evasion plus nb passive benefits.

Siphoning attacks > leeching imo especially if you go swallow soul

I tried a similar setup, was very hard to play against gap close spam. Problem is you have no reliable ranged damage outside of light / heavy and Merc resolve. My dilemma was that I just couldn't justify a slot for radiant since I wanted entropy plus Merc resolve, and still wanted a strong ranged attack AND cripple.

I know that siph attacks are way better than leeching, the problem is that most of the magicka goes to Cloack, so another skill that makes me spend magicka constantly feels like a drawback.

The Shadow image idea is a good one.

At the moment my second bar is:

    Radiant
    Leeching
    CW
    Cloak
    Retr maneuver
    Ulti shooting star.

I've found a use for that second bar: targeting siege weapons. Ret man + cloack + CW allows me to get near the siege without being noticed. Then I start burning each one of them. So, the enemies who are supporting the siege have to choose between finding me or attack the guys in the walls.

That would be like the lock skill of the ghost xD
