Optimization for the game?

Hey ZOS have you guys ever thought about optimizing the game more for notebook graphics cards such as the 980M? I heard you guys dont fully support it right now so that's why i'm asking.

Also because i'm getting way less frames then what I should be getting on this game if it were supported. Anyone else have a notebook graphics card and has frame issues?

    in major towns i get about 30 to 50 depending on where i am in the town, big fights in cyrodiil i get 20 - 35

    everywhere else is 60+
