is this normal? Character achievements

Under Character achievements, in the Character general section I have completed all the achievements but my bar for Character General only shows 80%ish full, is that normal?

I would take a closer look. Sounds like you have 4/5 and are missing something

And the ones in the DLCs?

I don't think those are tied to the Achievements in General under Character. I would upload a pic but imgur keeps saying file is too big ;(

That particular General bar also considers the other entries under Character, such as Skyshards and Champion Points. You won't fill that bar until you get the other sections filled as well.

I am only missing the 150 champion points achievements, so my General bar isn't full either.
