Xbox one constant kick to error 308

This is getting ridiculous. Not only the horrid lag and constant disconnects with crashing and freezing, now this problem has started since yesterday. Logging in or just running around doing quests I get this 308 error. How can I be inactive if I am moving around in the game? Now I have 1 TB of fiber. Download of around 500 and upload of 100 with around 120 to 150 latency. All other games run pretty smooth, but Eso has become a joke since Orsinium and TG has come out. Things were laggy before but it was tolerable. Now I cringe every day I hit the play button wondering if I will get into the game and can get my writs done. Wrothgar is a nightmare. By the way Zos.....when is the last time you did an actual maintenance on Xbox? Not a hotfix or update, but an actual maintenance.....been awhile huh? Been playing since pc beta and have become one frustrated customer. Just saying......
