mouse problems

Both I and my friend have an issue with our mouse while playing ESO. The mouse right/left click buttons continue working, but moving the mouse does not move the camera for a few seconds. It resolves itself a few seconds later, but occurs again at random.

I use PC, she uses mac. Sometimes the mouse will only function on the x coordinate. Today I heard someone in zone complain about it too. It only happens in ESO, not other games or applications, and only started happening after the most recent patch.

This could very well be a driver issue with your mouse (mice?), and not necessarily something ZoS can fix. I have to re-apply my mouse preferences after every patch, for some odd reason I can't seem to figure out.

Would you happen to be playing the game on a machine with 2 monitors in windowed full screen mode?

I've had mouse responsiveness issues in this configuration when I pop out my cursor from the game, interact with a window on the second screen, then refocus the game client without moving the mouse back over to the monitor the game is running on.

I have the same issues. Seems to happen mostly when a lot goes on and my computer struggles a bit to keep up, so it goes hand in hand with fps drop usually. I always play with fullscreen mode, not windowed in any way.
Posted about it here and one person suggested it could actually be an issue with Avast.

Cannot confirm if this is the case though as I'd have to remove my anti virus to test it...
