Rework purge/templar cleanse vs seige

I find the removal of seige damage instantly with an ability too easy. Seige warfare should be about skills, timing when to shoot and when to dodge incoming seige projectile. However, in a group vs group fight, with healers spamming purge or cleanse, makes seige almost pointless. Taking a hit from seige should be made much more punishing.

    They tried this, it failed. Please don't make us go through ZoS' painful rebalancing of siege again.

    The current system is just very bad. To be able to get rid of 2/3 ticks by just spamming the crap out of purge while charging for the seige, or storming the fort beats the purpose pf having seige in the first place. When a group with dedicated healers are spammig heals and purge, seige cant do anything against it. The penalty for taking a hit from seige needs to be much more severe, so that groups will actually bother dodging it, instead of popping a bubble and spamming the hell out of heals and purge.
