Why doesnt anyone read patch notes or website?

I see tons of threads just of stuff that has been announced that it is coming and people are all like DANG IT ZOS HOW CAN U NOT GIVE THIS TO US

Because forums .

People don't like to look stuff up . We have a search function an yet people still start threads on subjects long past covered . Luckily we have some patient people that link info for people and most of the time avoid duplicate threads .

Because they would rather believe wild rumors with no basis for truth and then spread those as fact themselves...

This is especially going on bad now with DB on the horizon.

Then they see a thread called "Natch Potes"
They shrug, believing that's not what they're looking for
Eventually, they can't find it and make a thread asking where the "Patch Notes" are

It only took me a couple of times wandering through the forums discussions to understand what "Natch Potes" were.Just a play on spelling and easy to figure out.XD

To me, because none of the changes make any sense, save fir them being Khajiit, Vampire, or both at the same time.
I haven't enjoyed another race so far in ESO, not made an uber PvP-PvE build, Or tanked or healed...
I cannot, I am doing the WHOLE GAME, I listen to any word, smell any movement, see any taste...

How can one become v16 in 2 months, being a completionist?

My guess would be ravaging dungeons, sewers, whilst using exp potions and scrolls, Ring of Mara...
It might very be possible some did not even spent a full minute in PvE, heh.

Good, to each his own, I do not say otherwise.
But, being still this Khajiit Vampire v4, I will likely need few months more to get to max level...
Maybe, just maybe, I'll roll me a lizard then.

Nope, PvP gives lesser XP than PvE.

I got my first V16 in lesser than a month of play. I was not a subscriber at that. Used no XP buffs. I just did not waste time at all. I just did a lotta dungeons and killed every thing in sight. And I just did the main story quest and the silver quest. I was already v16 by the time silver finished.

Really? Something new I learned. I always assumed by the way most PvPers talk that they got a lot of XP and gold,etc.
