Bosmer or redguard for stamblade pvp

I'm not sure with which one I should go with, the massive stamina regen from bosmer seems great but I feel like bosmer would be useless rubbish if I ever decide to do any trials with it. Is the 7% extra stamina you get as much redguard worth it over 11% extra stam recovery, poison resistance and extra damage from stealth?

Currently I have an Argonian stam blade but I don't see Argonians getting buffed in the near future and I'm sacrificing a lot of weapon damage on my Argonian so I can get 2000 stamina recovery on the non CP campaign. I want to be able to have great sustain and great damage.

Khajiit is the best option IMO. They have 10% stam regen as well. The additional 8% crit, which is the best race based DPS increase, will allow you to drop Major Savagery in potions or skills and still have a standard amount of crit chance. The poison resist of Bosmer amounts to 1.1% less damage taken which is hardly of much use. Redguard is great too but as along as you can manage stamina use, Khajiit is better.

If you are having trouble with sustain, then go Bosmer, as Redguard's sustain requires you to hit consistently which may be hard in PvP, against some enemies.

As much as I love khajiits, they aren't better than bosmer or redguard in pvp imo, the crit is useless if you are fighting against anyone who uses impenetrable armour. However khajiits are definitely the best race for pve.

Yes, but for max dmg output even in PvP, you should cross a base level of crit chance which is around 40%. Most PvPers have Major Savagery from their potions but with a Khajiit you can drop that for something else. And additionally the Stealthy passive gives additional stealth bursts and also the reduced detection range makes it easier to sneak while already in combat.

Any decent PVPer who knows what they're doing will be running impenetrable which negates the damage bonus from crit and 40% crit is easily achievable without a khajiit or thief mundus, I'm pretty sure my Argonian stamblade has that much crit. The only time people won't be running impenetrable is when they are ganking or just want to go all out damage and use Divines. Also bosmer have the same Stealthy passive as khajiits.

My main is a Khajiit Stamblade that I use for PVP. If you want to do both PVE and PVP i would go Khajiit. In my case though, I have a Mag NB that I use for PVE since I do considerably more DPS with it.

You would be surprised how many people do not use impen atm, so the crit is not always wasted. The build is also very strong for ganking scenarios. If you want to mainly sneak around and pick people off I would go wood elf or khajiit.

However, more often than not you will end up in sustained fights where stealth is not an option. You will also see a lot of players with shields after DB, and crit is useless against shields.

If they ever implement race change I plan to swap to Redguard. The max stat bonus is very powerful, and will be increasingly powerful as they raise the CP cap over time.

Redguard (Or Imperial) stam NB wearing Impen will out perform every other race combo for Stam NB. Argue all you want. Numbers don't lie. This is for PvP.

redguard by far, they have better sustain because of the passive that gives you stamina back on attack
