Please ZOS, fix the game!

Hello everyone!

Every two days i need to repair the game files and i don't understand why.

After writing down the password and before the character selection i'm stuck with infinite loading screens. Every time i need to repair the game files and to replace the UserSettings.txt file with the one from here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/928079#Comment_928079

Sometimes this method is working but sometimes it is not and my whole system is frozen then i have to reset the computer. It's the same case for both clients, be it 32 bits or 64 bits. And of course if i wait for the loading screen to finish i'm kicked back to the login screen "due to inactivity" which is PLAIN STUPID.

This definitely didn't happened before and it is happening after TG patch only. The irony is that i even don't have TG expansion as i got only Orsinium.

Could anyone help with this issue please? Thank you very much.

My system:
CPU: PentiumG 3220 @ 3 Ghz
RAM: 8 Gb DDR 3
GPU: nVidia GTX 750ti, 2 Gb GDDR5
HDD: Seagate 500 Gb SATA 2 + Toshiba 1 Tb SATA 3
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Have you tried upgrading to Windows 10 ? It may or may not be related but after I upgraded to 10 which was offered for free , this issue went away for me . Your PC specs should run Windows 10 .
