Bulkier armors? Cloaks?

So I have this thing going in my mind for quite some time.
For the moment I am playing mostly my nightblade because of Dark Brotherhood I kinda like to roleplay and stuff but honestly I was always the warrior type of guy, the one that likes heavy armor, get in your face and smash you to the ground gameplay. In plenty of MMOs that I played armors were ranging from simple body skins in the earlier levels to looking really heavy bulkier and massive shoulder pads, cuirass, gloves, boots and greaves were not just skin level but like .. I don't know looking like big static meshes that are on top of you Kinda like WoW or Tera looking armors I mean.

My question is are there any armors that look bulky and massive later in the game and/or will they be implemented along with nice cloaks?
I mean will we be only getting skin armors?

The Imperial shoulder pieces are pretty big. The biggest in the game I think.

Here's my tank, all heavy armor. With Imperial shoulders.

Trinimac Chest is fat as well. From top to legs (still refering to chest piece)

Woah I guess you actually set up all your sliders to high Anyway something like this yes but the reason why I was asking is because most of the item sets are all near skin level armors... oh an no cloaks.

Zos has stated before that cloaks are not going to be implemented because the game engine and servers just can't handle the power required to make them any good.

Which is incredibly sad considering that games made ten years ago could do it, and make it look good (for their time).

The real problem here is that ZOS has done an extremely unprofessional job of coding this game, it's apparent in so many of the limited systems, and it's caused a situation where fixes cannot be made without completely re-doing the code.

For example, the guild traders system: early on ZOS had to put limits on, and even forcibly disable, a lot of addons which allowed for mass searches of the guild trader system because every inquiry (or search 'ping') from the addon to find out what vendors were selling what items caused a huge amount of lag and strain on the servers. If the system had been implemented in a less convoluted manner, this wouldnt be an issue. I'm of the opinion that these core problems with the system are also what prevent ZOS from adding better search options to the guild traders at all - either that, or they simply cant find a way to monetize it so they're letting addons do all the work for them.

Imperial armor is pretty bulky,or Orc.
