I enjoyed the video and all, but it's a shame that racial passives put a few races above the others. Elder Redguards and Elves (and sometimes Bretons) Online.

Ditto. It's goofy though, you'd think Imperial passives would be the sexiest since they are behind a paywall.

Well... They aren't horrible. I'd like to see star of the west changed to maybe something like, when you cast an ability gain (some small chance for small amount of resource back) so that it's kinda like "oh imperials are really good at speechcraft." Or something like that. Or more so maybe reduced stam costs cause of the "disciplined military force" they are supposed to be. However what they have is nice... It's just no adrenaline rush.

Reduced stam costs are a good idea.

I'm not sure if I understand your first idea. Do you mean a stacking buff that increases your chances of getting resources back on hit each time you cast a spell? That would be really interesting. The stacks could add up one per ability cast per unit of time (several seconds?), climb up to a cap, and then persist until you leave combat. I like interactive passives like that, not just raw stats. Good idea.

In the meantime, I'd love to see how OP you are on a Redguard.
