I cant be the only one experiencing this but since the last patch, the performance of the game has declined in almost every area.
ive always been one of those with a high-end system that had to run on medium settings or I would crash 24/7. The 64 bit client even with its own problems allowed me to play with ultra high settings for the first time. With 2.3.9 there were a few of the usual 64 bit problems, but the load screens were quick, fps stable, less audio issues with 64bit. I thought there was only room for improvement from here.
As soon as 2.3.10hit, the 64 bit sound issues are worse than ever. Missing textures are more frequent, long load screens are back, fps problems in high traffic areas and Cyrodil.
I dont know how you guys broke it, but i want 2.3.9back

Have you been there for beta or release?
For me PvP performance is getting worse and worse with almost each patch.
I started off using max graphic settings including shades, water reflection etc in beta - and was able to play large battles just fine. Atm I am at high settings for graphics, medium for textures, no extras (no shades, water reflection etc) and i still bug out, am send to loading screen, experience lag and fps drops randomly on live (PvP). since TG lags and FPS issues get obvious in PVE as well, especially near water (alternating beteen the clients helps a bit ... but seems to be of short duration).
On PTS I currently bug out when I enter a duelling site (more then 4 players in one spot and my latency is at +999, followed by loading screen, followed by a non-responding eso... tried it 3 times in total on 2 days). i am not sure I will be able to join PVP at all after DB goes live.
