Bug :Falling through floor Elden Root

Does anyone else have the problem of falling through the floor on the second level of Elden Root and winding up at the wayshrine on the first level ? Happens to all my characters quite frequently since I use Elden Root as my home base for crafting and banking. Happens more when I use the metal working table but sometimes just walking across the floor from one craft table to the other.
