Which race speaks to you? Which race looks the coolest. I do not mean who has the best racial abilities or who does what class better... just which race do you prefer looking at.

Bretons are by far the prettiest. It's so much easier to create a pretty Breton than it is to make a pretty Nord.

Trolls are the best lookin race. We have the coolest beards and hair. We have 3 eyes and even though we butt nekked it still looks like we wearin stuff

Khajiit are definitely my favourite race! Plus, it's the best the Khajiits have looked in any game so far!

But generally I think all the races have been done pretty well. There are none that are "ugly" or don't "fit lore". Although, the human races do look very similar, and it might have been better if they had more different hairstyles and adornments to make them stand out more.

I have to disagree with that. I don't know what Khajiits are supposed to look like but they all look like lions now rather than domestic cats as in Skyrim which I think looked much better. Also, Khajiit and Argonian maws are rather short (I know, armor).

Other than that the prettiest are Dunmer and all human races minus Nord.

I thought about doing a poll, but it was late and I went to bed. It seems as though Bretons and Khajiit have high scores.

I have a Khajiit, really pretty, so I made her Razum'dar's girlfriend. Fun for roleplaying. My main is a Breton with pointier ears and slightly slanted eyes, I was going for the half-elf look.

I've been able to make some very handsome Redguards and Imperials, mostly using the softer side of the triangle. It's a shame I like Dark Elves so much.

I read the title and my first thought was omg. This can be so different. You can make an epic looking Argonian, but someone else could think its ugly. If the question is in general which race everyone thinks is best looking, thats very hard to answer. But if its a personal question that you answer individually its way easier.

I play mostly as an Imperial. But Khajiits and Argonians can both look really good. So Im tied between those 3.

I loved the more alien appearance of Altmer and Bosmer in Skyrim, with pronounced brow ridges. You can still do this with ESO's character generator, but most of the NPCs look a bit more like generic LOTR elves.

Dunmer NPCs generally look great, though.

Oh sorry, Khajiits look more like tigers than lions and most are adorable, just check my little tigger...

here it's real equivalent, siberian tiger...

Yeah, agree there. Nord's have quite wide jaws and very burly posture, obviously that's normal because they are Nords... Vikings basically - and we, the people from the North (me myself included IRL) are sturdy build, tall and robust, men and women alike.
Made me laugh when me and my wife (who is British) went to visit my family in my homeland - and she went like "damn, I feel so tiny here - everybody here are so tall and strongly built and I am by no means a small woman for British standards."

Same applies here, because races (of men) are loosely based on races and nationalities of real life.

Anyway, back to topic - Bretons indeed are the prettiest race, but if I want to build a real warrior looking like character, I will always choose a Nord or Redguard over any other race, I don't even care much about racials, hence why my DK is a big strong, burly Nord.

To me, Imperial and Dunmer are the most beautiful.

I'd put Breton in the list too, but they are somehow too vanilla, and mos of them have this weird dreamy expression on their faces imo. At least Dunmer can look normal or pissed off))

Dunmer.
Always have been for me - I am an incorrigable dark elf fancier after all, acruss every lore and universe I found them. Of course, the dunmer in ESO also get extra bonus points... for one for their rich history, but also for their somewhat asian-tastic style, another thing I always had a bit of liking for...
But back to looks... still dunmer.
But its all in the eye of the beholder anyways... (No, not the D&D beholder!)
