Radiant magelight ftw?
I like radiant since the passive itself provides immunity from both the stun and bonus damage of stealth ... I can't really bring myself to use inner for PVP even if the slight magicka increase is appealing. The basic active ability is clutch to be sure, but the reason I slot it is definitely stealth immunity.
Obviously that 24k heavy attack is a crit from stealth, which he would have survived with 3k crit res and radiant and it probably would have been like (Edit: 3 - 5k) damage. I don't even remember the last time I got hit for 10k by any 1 damage source (Besides VD/prox), maybe a fully buffed/empowered hardest hitting token ability like AB, frags, or WB but it's still really rare.

Hitting 10-12k soul harvests on non-blocking/shielded targets with the follow-up passive from two-handed. Never been hit for 27k+ though, not even in 1.6

With 60 CP into the HA with bow can reach 14k fully charged, crit, stealthed HA. Can't imagine what it could be with 100CP in it and switching to a DK with Molten Armaments

Go away with your elegant set
I am not an advocate of nightblade what so ever. Personally, I wish they would delete the entire class haha That being sad, the OP is fabricated. I run 7/7 medium with 6 impen and 1 well fitted, have 17k physical resist, 2200 crit resist, 48 points into hardy, and 8% damage mitigation with restoring focus. I've never, I repeat, NEVER come anywhere close to being hit with those numbers. And I've been ganked by sribes, smiff, and zergbad who run max weapon damage gank builds. This post doesn't do any justice and is just trolling.

@Lyar09 in general I agree, most screenshots I see (of any burst) are far higher than what I get on my death recaps. These particular numbers make me wonder if the old bug from IC where you'd sometimes not have battle spirit is back. Though, let's also not forget zergbad oneshotting fengrush with this exact same combo on video. Stealth mechanics and animation cancelling allow for this kind of garbage.

Let us please celebrate this statement a bit.
We´re all playing a game where you´re absolutely unable to tell when an enemy is coming because literally everyone can permanently be invisible in pvp until they attack you (absolute combat design failure).
If you don´t find the irony in this statement of yours you should possibly train a little less biceps and a little more brains
