LF gear help -- PvP Magicka NB

Currently running:

Bar 1 Weapon
(MH) VD Resto Staff
Bar 2 Weapon
(MH) VD Sword
(OH) ? Sword

(HELM) Worm Cult
(CHEST) Worm Cult
(SHOULDERS) Kena
(HANDS) VD
(BELT) VD
(LEGS) VD
(FEET) VD
(NECK) Willpower
(RING 1) Willpower
(RING 2) Willpower

So I get bonuses from 3 piece Willpower, 2 piece Worm Cult, 1 piece Kena and 5 piece VD. I still can't figure out what to do with the OFF HAND Sword. Regardless of what I put in that slot, it won't provide an additional bonus to any of the sets I'm running (seems redundant). If I replace both Swords with Torug's, I'm going to have my hands full I think. Any advice is welcome!

Just curious if this build is lacking because no matter which OH Sword I choose, I won't benefit from any set bonuses.

Instead of Worm Cult and Kena you could run 3/4 Magnus, which would ultilize the off-hand sword.

That's a pretty good suggestion. I would lose some spell power by doing this but gain other useful stats. Is Nirnhoned still useful for swords or is that changing?
