How come only NBs can turn while rooted

Whenver I talon anither class the be stuck. But NB just surprise attack or tele strike to face me. How come all other classes are screwed?

Ambush and lotus fan are teleport attacks, thus being rooted doesn't stop them technically. As for surprise attack, iirc a light attack or any instant cast can turn you to your target. I could be wrong on the latter.

Dunno, why does Cloak completely negate any attack? Why are they 1 of the 2 classes that can jump in to empty keeps? Why are all their high damage abilities instant cast including ultimates?

The rogue/thief/assassin role was very popular in the last single player ES game, ZOS need a class people can just pick up and play.

doesnt negate every attack, any aoe and from my own experiance some DoTs and gap closers will pull you out of it although the dots should be a bug

DK chains will also turn you as well as relocate the root.
