Sorry to burst your bubble, but when a group of substantial size gets together during the game's least populated hours with the intention of using numbers to overwhelm the few opposing players and flipping the map to their color, it's night capping.
We could get all politically correct to avoid offending the sensitive little carebears and call it something like off-peak capping, but no. It happens during the late night / early morning of the prime time zones, so it's night capping.
