ESO Plus & crowns an ongoing farce.

I quit the game 6 months ago because of the crowns issue with ESO plus and not getting them. I heard it was fixed, thought I would give it another go.

Renewed 4 days ago and did not get the crowns straight away, so I waited 24 hours and still nothing. I submitted a ticket (3 days ago) and still no crowns and not even a reply. So not only is the claim it has been fixed false, they don't even have the decency to address the issue by doing me the courtesy of a response. I know this is not an isolated incident either. I have spoken to other people about this and they said whilst the crown issue has been fixed for some, it is still an issue for others.
I miss my Wife. But my aim is getting better.

    They said in the PAX Q&A that it's a known issue, a problem between Microsoft amd them and that they are working on it.

    Open another ticket as every time I've opened a concise ticket I've had a reply within 24hrs and crowns deposited. I know a guildie that hadn't checked his and also had some.back dated one refunded when he checked.

    It's definately not fixed but per the reply above. Open the ticket and reply to the email a few times

    Eventually between replies 3-40 you should get your crowns.
    *expect this on each renewal and new purchase.

    Took your advice & contacted them again.

    It was sorted, but no apology, nothing. Don't know why I expected them to apologize, they never do. This has been an issue from launch, quite obviously it is never going to be fixed.

    This is really turning into a farce,

    Auto renewed a week ago & never got the crowns. Contacted customer support, explained the problem & was greeted with a response that had absolutely nothing to do with the problem. I got to the end of the response and right down the bottom it said "Regarding your missing crowns for the month of June Please wait 24 hours for the arrival of your crowns from the time of Renewal"

    Hang on a sec, I told you it has been a week, why then are you saying to wait 24 hours after renewal?

    Goes to show that they don't read your tickets & could care less that you are not getting what you pay for. Bigger fool me for paying for it & expecting them to care.

    Yep I came back after a couple of months, and am completely pissed off that the crown store issue has not been fixed. They should put up a disclaimer on the Xbox crown store page, saying something along the lines of " May not get the crowns promised if you pay for ESO' As it seems to be happening too frequently to so many people. This has been going on for close to 6 months to a year and it's still not been fixed or addressed. Like I said in another post, why is the burden of proof on me to prove that I have purchased ESO plus? You must get notifications from Microsoft, even if it means you need to go through each one individually and check the crowns have been added, this is something you should do as WE are YOUR customers. I should not have to spend time month on month chasing up on one of the worst , most shambolic customer service branches around.
