We all know NB's need a buff when they can only do 34k dps while doing 14k healing tho, just as they're not strong enough as it is....... xD

Switched back to stamina, even though I am a dark elf, I do much more damage and can still heal (vigor)

I would like to address your talking points as I play a Magicka Nightblade very successfully


Tried playing one, and not going for a proxi det build WRONG You do not have to use a proxy det build

No Heals (without attacking or using restro) WRONG I use a destro staff on my back bar and vigor

The DPS is just plain horrible WRONG (Opening up with Structured Entrophy I get a 20% boost in spell damage which buffs me to 3800 and Mag Lite buffs spell crit. I can also use Sap Essence to buff damage. Other skills which provide damage if used correctly in a fight are Crippling Grasp and Funnel Health. The Destro staff needs to introduction, weaving light and heavy attacks with it is just plain awesome.

I get to stay in stealth for 3 minutes. WRONG You are doing something wrong here. I can stay in cloak continuously and never come out with over 2k magicka regen and 42k Magicka

Please make magicka nightblades have a use in this game besides detonation. WRONG Detonation is not the only build for a Magicka Nightblade. Although I do have a bomber build setup I also have a two handed Destro setup that does not use proxy det and is very effective on single target.


Its my opinion you need to learn how to play

I had someone tell me in game I am bad for playing as a magblade and my dps is bad.

.....I had broken level 15 gear at VR1, took less damage than them, whilst they mooched off my pulls.

I have Magicka NB v16 breton, they are insanely strong but weaker against multiple enemies.

But to be quiet fair I always survive in veteran dungeons including WGT or ICP..

Doing Wrothgar few enemies sometime alone.

The inferno staff in nirnhoned, the resto in precise.

Thief mundus stone. Crit should be a little under or over 70 %.

Swallow soul 13k crit,
Debilitate 5k crit ticks,
Refreshing path 2-3k crit ticks,
Merciless Resolve 30k Crit,
Medium weave 8k crit,

All abilities are class abilities that heal or buff in some way. Much more survivability in PVE content than most builds and pumps out all ranged dps without relying on ultimate, which funnily enough the mag blade generates better than any other class in the game.

Go back to the drawing board and play around with the build more. I'm more comfortable with him than any of my other characters, in which I have 8.
