I mean if you all start at the same area even if it is protected it could lead to severe camping issues especially if your guild doesn't own anything and can't teleport. Instanced starts lead to a separate issue: how and where will you exit and what limit will have to be put on the instanced locations and how can these be implemented without permanently locking out guilds that happen to be too late to get in the fray? finally how would this work with the 5 guild system? too easy for spies.
This isn't Guild Wars. It's Elder Scrolls Online. The uniqueness of ESO is nice to me. It's not oversexualized (bikini armor?), the storyline is great, and the PVP is explained in the lore.
This would not work for ESO. ESO is a lore-based world with previous game installments it's based on. A Guild Wars PVP zone just doesn't make sense.

Yea I'm talking about pvp not lore

Except the current ESO PVP is explained within the lore. So it applies.
I know some people hate the idea of open world pvp fine I will leave it alone but if Zos could make a server with no alliances that would be cool just an open world cyro with a safe zone for those who don't feel like competing
Guild vs Guild server
Guilds fight for control of zones in cyrodiil the Guild with the most zones gets emperor
Capture Towns
If you're guild controls a town they make gold off the resources and can set up a trader there

IF you get a fully pvp megaserver, i want at least one pve-only campaign of cyrodiil
All I'm hearing from OP is "I want this and I want it the way I want it, so your opinion doesn't matter."
If you didn't want our feedback, you shouldn't have posted it on forums. Just send in feedback in game to ZOS and see if they'll listen.
But honestly, to your "they need to learn to PVP." No. Some people like to just quest and relax in PVE without some zerg or ganker knocking us out. That's why there's no open world PVP in ESO. They'd lose a whole chunk of their player base.

Like buff servers.

Never thought of that but who honestly wants buff servers they're boring and nothing to do with a server like this all the competitive guilds will fight for dominance

precisly, not everyone like to pvp, and your rather flippant dismissal ((not the person i quoted, the op))of my opinion has invalidated any arguement you might have had in my eyes
i support the separation of the pvp and pve playerbase into their own servers, thats what i support
PVE, RP, solo, these are all completely valid and popular playing style that unfortunately get overlooked due to the overly toxic and vocal pvp-only crowd.
im not saying pvp opinion does not matter, what im saying is that it is not the only thing that matters, and the entire playerbase needs to be taken in mind, not just one part of it.
