Maelstrom Arena Quest problem

Hello everyone
Today I completed VMA for the 6th time or something and as you all know who are trying to find your perfect weapon I did not get it so I decided to do it again but NPC will not give me quest even though I delivered it previously he is just standing there and only thing I can do is ask him what he is going to do now then I checked my quest journal and for some reason Maelstrom quest was there so I abandoned it still nothing, ported out quit the game still nothing went to pvp quit the game still nothing... Also been having some very weird low dps in there for past couple of runs it's showing me I am doing 8k ( when I usually I don't have this low ever) which is a joke also having some targeting issues my character keeps trying to turn around and attack something that I have not targeted wiht tab I do not know what all those issues are anyone had same thing?
