Asking for a better Death Recap info tray

One thing PvE and PvP players share in common is using the Death recap information to figure out where we went wrong in combat . It's also how we test to see if an ability or a set and sometimes a mechanic in game like trebs are not working as intended .
We've been told there are errors is the current death recap tray and sometimes we're not seeing what's really happening . This is a important tool for all of Us trying to do our best for our groups , guilds or faction . Please fix this game tool , it's too important to the players on all sides looking to improve game play .
I'm not positive which developer is in charge of this working correctly and I understand the team is in full mode new DLC mode but it's important . Those great players in all forms of combat depend on accurate information to bring all things that go wrong to your attention .
